Legal information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how information is handled when you visit the GMP Pharma website, contact GMP Pharma by email or submit a quote request. It applies to this website and does not describe processing that may occur under a separate commercial agreement.

2. Information you choose to provide

The quote form requests your first and last name, company, business email, country, product type, manufacturing stage, estimated quantity, target launch period and project message. A telephone number is optional.

This information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential formulation details unless GMP Pharma has provided an appropriate secure process for doing so.

3. Website measurement and marketing technologies

Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled unless you provide the relevant consent. Which services are active depends on the real platform identifiers configured for the production website.

The website is prepared to use Google Tag Manager as the preferred tag-management layer. If it is not configured, optional direct integrations may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag. A service is not loaded merely because it is described here; it must also be configured and permitted by your consent choice.

4. Consent choices

Necessary storage is used for core functions and remembering your privacy choice. Analytics and marketing categories are off by default. You can accept, reject or customize optional categories, then change your selection through the “Cookie settings” control in the footer.

5. Service providers and international processing

The website uses hosting and enquiry-delivery providers to operate the service. Optional measurement providers receive data only when they are configured and the relevant consent has been granted. Provider locations, transfer safeguards and contractual terms require final legal verification against the production configuration.

6. Retention and security

GMP Pharma should retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Exact retention periods and internal deletion procedures require owner and legal approval.

Reasonable technical controls are used to protect submissions, including HTTPS transport and server-side validation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information. Requests about website privacy can be sent to domen@gmp-pharma.eu.

The company’s complete legal entity details, registered address, relevant supervisory authority and any Data Protection Officer information must be added only after verification and legal review.
