Packaging, labeling and final packing, in-house
Packaging, labeling, final packing and dispatch preparation are all handled in-house, as part of the same production relationship — not passed to a separate vendor partway through.

Packaging, labeling & private label
We handle packaging and labeling for food supplements in-house, alongside manufacturing — one partner from the filled product to a finished, labeled shipping box. That covers retail-ready cartons, private label, multilingual labels and flexible dispatch to the destination you need.

What this covers
Packaging is confirmed alongside manufacturing rather than briefed separately afterward, so format, quality and packaging decisions stay connected all the way to a finished, labeled shipment.
Packaging, labeling, final packing and dispatch preparation are all handled in-house, as part of the same production relationship — not passed to a separate vendor partway through.
We work with trusted packaging partners across Europe — certified where applicable — so we can source the most suitable packaging solution for each project. Customers who already have approved packaging are equally welcome to supply their own; the best approach depends on the project.
You remain responsible for your packaging and label design files — GMP Pharma does not provide graphic design. We produce and apply packaging and labels based on your approved files and agreed specifications.
Label content — including translations for your target markets — is applied according to the agreed requirements for each market and language version, so labeling keeps pace with a rollout across different countries.
The same batch documentation and quality control checks carried through production extend to packaging, so traceability holds from ingredient through to the finished, labeled carton.
Finished products are packed into retail-ready and outer shipping cartons as part of the same production relationship, so they arrive in good condition at their destination.
Delivery & Dispatch
Once packed, finished products are delivered according to the logistics plan agreed for your project — with a documented, photographed record of every shipment leaving the facility.
Finished products can be delivered to your company address, a warehouse, a retail store, a fulfillment partner, or another agreed destination across Europe.
Products can be labeled, packed and prepared according to your retail and fulfillment requirements, including Amazon FBA preparation where applicable.
Every carrier goes through GMP Pharma's internal approval process, and every shipment is documented. Pallets and trucks are photographed before dispatch, creating a clear record from the moment a shipment leaves the facility.

How a project moves forward
The same structured process applies whether packaging is confirmed alongside a new production run or added to an existing one.
Start with the product format, current development stage and the commercial priorities shaping the project. You speak directly with the person who will be responsible for it.
Review the manufacturing, packaging and quality requirements that need to fit together before production, including a realistic lead time we can commit to.
Move the project through product development and production planning with direct, responsive communication around decisions.
Execute the agreed production plan and deliver on the lead time we committed to, with the consistency a long-term partnership requires.
Quality & certifications
Production follows pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, with batch documentation carried through packaging and labeling rather than stopping at the manufacturing step.
